This project was a new single-storey 5,600 SF building integrating owner supplied carwash equipment, cash and auto teller machines, and exterior snow melt systems. The new construction build included exterior insulated precast concrete wall panels, which extended below the main floor slab to create the foundation system.
The roof assembly was a standing seam roof on OWSJ. The seven-bay carwash includes two automatic wash bays, office, public washroom, and equipment service space.
