The concept was to provide a two-storey wood framed building with the main floor used as retail space and the second floor for office use.  The site is located in the downtown district of Lethbridge, on a prominent corner lot facing Park Place Mall. The choice and mixture of materials reflects the local character but is presented in modern aesthetic. The building adds a fresh improvement to the transforming core of the city.

Currently this space is occupied by a number of retailers including ReMax Real Estate, Doria & Doria Canada Immigration Consulting, Belanger Accounting, and other counselling and financial services businesses.
