Architect/Intern Architect
Full-Time | Lethbridge, Alberta
This is a pivotal position within the firm with an opportunity for professional growth, shaping projects, and increased responsibility.
Position Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to projects through all phases, from conceptual design to construction completion

Develop architectural designs, technical drawings, digital models, and specifications
-
Review and coordinate project documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy and compliance
-
Mentor and support project managers, technologists and junior staff in design and documentation processes
-
Coordinate with consultants, clients and regulatory authorities throughout the project development
-
Apply a strong understanding of building codes, construction practices, and land use bylaws
-
Contribute to the firms operations, project planning and the continued growth of the practice
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institute and a registered Architect in good standing with the Alberta Association of Architects (AAA). It would also be an advantage if you are registered with the Architectural Institute of British Columbia (AIBC)​

Demonstrated experience within an architectural practice

Strong understanding of construction documentation and consultant coordination

Proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard architectural software

Excellent written, verbal and graphic communication skills

High level of attention to detail and commitment to design excellence

Ability to manage responsibilities with professionalism, initiative and sound judgment
ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT MANAGER
Full-Time | Lethbridge, Alberta
Position Responsibilities:

Lead projects through all phases from schematic design to construction completion

Manage project scope, schedule and budget while maintaining design integrity and documentation quality
-
Coordinate consultants and liaise with clients, municipal authorities, and stakeholders
-
Oversee the preparation and review of architectural drawings and specifications
-
Provide leadership and mentorship to technologists and junior staff
-
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, land use bylaws, and regulatory requirements
-
Support the Principal and Architects in maintaining strong client relationships and overall project direction
-
Contribute to a collaborative work environment grounded in professionalism, accountability and continuous improvement
Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven relevant work experience and technical knowledge
-
Minimum 5-10 years of experience within an architectural firm, including demonstrated project leadership responsibilities
-
Strong working knowledge of Canadian Building Codes, construction practices, and municipal approval processes
-
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and standard project management tools
-
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams
-
Excellent written, verbal and graphic communication skills
-
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with clarity, organization and attention to detail
