Ian Moxon Architect Inc. completed the Lethbridge Chinook Equipment dealership, comprising two-storey heavy equipment sales showroom and single-storey servicing bays. The dealership sits on the corner of 14th Street North and 43rd Avenue in the Frontier Business Park. This location allows Chinook Equipment to showcase their equipment in the thoughtfully landscaped area in the front of the shop. The entryway design features full-height glazing for the sales & office area, bordered by angled buildouts. The exterior cladding is a balance between insulated metal panels for the Sales and insulated precast concrete panels for Service. An added patio off the lunchroom provides an exterior gathering space for the employees.
