Coaldale Dental and CRU

Project Overview

The design team was asked for a unique 740sm dental office with two adjacent CRUs in Coaldale. The result was a building that has wonderful curb appeal as the building proportions and balance of finish materials was carefully considered. 

 

The building exterior finishes include a combination of manufactured stone, EIFS stucco system, metal siding & trim, steel canopies and clear anodized aluminum windows & glazing.

A clerestory element greets patients as they enter reception and opens to exposed wood roof trusses in the adjacent waiting area.

Within the subject project, a 385sm dental office was developed to serve two dentists, reception and support staff.  A total of nine operatory spaces, including two small child spaces were provided on the main floor.
