The client required a single storey, 640sm dental office with two adjacent CRUs in southeast Lethbridge. The result was a building that has timeless finishes, large stone build-outs, and great curb appeal.

The building exterior finishes include a combination of manufactured stone, James Hardie siding & trim and clear anodized aluminum windows & glazing.

Within the subject project, a 230sm dental office was developed to serve dental, reception and support staff as well as patient exam rooms. A total of four exam rooms were provided, as well as a sterilization and laboratory room.
