Work nears completion / is complete on a new 1,625sf, two-storey Daycare facility, on the northside of Lethbridge, AB.
The facility programming will support 50 children of various age groups and seven staff members within five large Classrooms in both the basement and main floor levels. Each classroom has several windows providing natural lighting, and each has easy access to the play areas in the front and rear yards. A staff room, office, kitchen, and service rooms complete the overall building footprint. The exterior design aligns with the existing neighbourhood design with pitched roof, cement board & vinyl siding as well as PVC windows.
